As a Nutritionist and Health Coach, I'm passionate about helping others achieve an extraordinary life with more vibrance, energy and joy. As I reflect back on my own personal journey, I believe God has allowed me to have certain experiences in my life, so that I can better serve others in aligning themselves on the path towards better health. With the right lifestyle practices, you can achieve your dreams, grow faster than you ever imagined, and strive with true joy. 

My passion is getting to the root cause of chronic health problems and helping you make the lifestyle changes that allow your body to restore its balance and vitality. By addressing root causes we can not only increase our health span but prevent many of the age-related diseases. During our journey together, with dozens of science-based strategies, I can provide you a practical guide to creating and sustaining your own metabolic health.

Intermittent Fasting 101

If you read the words “intermittent fasting” and a mental image of someone sipping water looking miserable and hungry emerged in your mind, I get it. Intermittent fasting has developed a reputation as extreme and overly restrictive. It’s often criticized as a way to prop up a damaged diet culture that is obsessed with weight loss and chasing the “perfect body.”

 

The idea of not eating can trigger preexisting negative thoughts and habits: Real intermittent fasting isn’t about punishment, calorie restrictions, or restriction at all. In fact, it’s less about what you eat and more about when you eat. Let me be clear: chronic calorie restriction and fasting are not the same things.

During this one-on-one Telehealth Workshop, we will take a deep dive into the foods you should avoid when optimizing your metabolic health and discover nutrient dense satiating foods you should load up on. My goal is to help you create an action plan that is sustainable and doable in your day-to-day life. The PHD (Proper Human Diet) developed by Dr Ken Berry, is a whole food diet that effortlessly allows you to lose weight and maintain your ideal body weight while eating healthy nutritional foods that we as humans are meant to eat. 

In this 60-Minute Workshop we not only focus on a permanent solution to weight gain, but I will help you identify healthy weight loss goals and develop long-term lifestyle solutions by increasing your metabolic flexibility. This workshop offers a cutting-edge lifestyle approach that includes food and lifestyle journals to track your progress and science-based eating plans.
